Patient portal

The patient must have an email address on file with Valle Verde Pediatrics to access the patient portal — you cannot sign up by yourself. Please contact our office to request a unique link for MyChart that will be sent via email. 

If you don’t receive the email, please contact our office for assistance. 

To get started, open the email or text message sent by your healthcare provider and click the unique activation link included. This will take you to a secure page where you’ll be asked to verify your identity, typically by entering your date of birth. Once confirmed, you can create your MyChart account by choosing a unique username and setting a secure password.

Next, enhance your account security by setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) using a one-time code sent to your email or phone. After that, review and accept the Terms and Conditions. When everything is complete, simply click “Submit” or “Finish” to finalize your registration and begin using your portal.

Once your portal account is enabled, be sure to set up the MyChart app on your mobile device:
